OVEN AND COOK-TOP TIP: If you turn you control and your pilot light turns on but the element doesn’t heat, you have a faulty element and it needs replacing. If the pilot light doesn’t come on its most likely a fault at the control switch but can be a power supply fault.

When it comes to dealing with ovens and cook tops please ensure you supply us with the model number when you call. The model number is located inside the oven door on the right at the bottom or sometimes can be located on the side.If you have difficulty locating the model number you can take a photo of the oven and simply tell us what the fault is.
